90 second bread using Almond Flour

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large egg
  • 35 g ground almonds
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • seasoning to taste optional - salt, pepper, paprika, chilli

Instructions
 

  • crack open and beat the egg in to a small microwave bowl
  • Add rest of ingredients and mix well
  • Microwave on high for 1 min
  • Eat as is or toast for a crunchy texture (just like you do with conventional bread)
