90 second bread using Almond Flour
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 35 g ground almonds
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- seasoning to taste optional - salt, pepper, paprika, chilli
Instructions
- crack open and beat the egg in to a small microwave bowl
- Add rest of ingredients and mix well
- Microwave on high for 1 min
- Eat as is or toast for a crunchy texture (just like you do with conventional bread)
