90 second bread using coconut Flour

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Egg white
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • crack egg into a small microwaveable container and whisk with a pinch of salt
  • add rest of ingredients and mix well. Add more seasoning to taste
  • Tap on container to remove air bubbles
  • microwave on full power for 90 secs (no longer or the bread with dry out)
  • can be eaten like this for soft bread or toasted.

Notes

You can add the whole egg if you like the eggy taste and want a more yellowy colour.
