Chaffle Stack/Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 75 g Grated Mozerella Cheese
  • 1 tsp Oregano/Italian Herbs Optional
  • Ham/Salami/chicken Filling of choice
  • Lettuce leave Filling of choice
  • tomato Filling of choice

Instructions
 

  • Turn waffle machine and heat up
  • Mix eggs and cheese together with herbs of choice
  • Add to waffle machine (in 2 batches) and cook until cheesy burnt texture 🙂
  • Stack with favourite fillings
  • Take photo and #zoehannan on socials - Enjoy a new way to eat a sandwich that doesn't include bread.
    Its perfect hot but can be eaten cold. Fill just before eating if cooking and leaving till later to prevent a soggy Chaffle.. No body wants a soggy Chaffle.
