
Chia Seed Pudding
With Toppings of choice
Ingredients
- 125 ml Unsweetened Milk of choice I like cashew, cocount, almond
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds Mix up the colour for variety
- Sweeteners of choice Optional
- Toppings of Choice Ideas: Berries, Keto Granola, nuts, seeds, matcha, coconut, cinnamon, smoothie mix, greek yogurt, whipped cream.
Instructions
- Add milk and 2 tablespoons chia seeds to a jar. You can use unsweetened coconut milk, almond milk or my personal favourite cashew nut milk for a delicious dairy-free and vegan option.
- Stir in any optional sweeteners, like stevia, maple syrup or vanilla extract. You could even add Green Matcha, Wheatgrass, Spirulina or Pink Pattaya powder for an extra nutrient boost
- Let it sit for a a minimum of 30 mins but works best if prepared the night before. Stir again before serving.
- Add toppings of choice (fruit, fruit puree, nuts, shaved coconut, granola, cinnamon, cardamon)
